Your data may be accessed by the WITNESS-REM Secretariat, Executive Board and Consortium members as part of their assigned job duties, in accordance with the "need to know" principle. The system is maintained by the KEP Secretariat.

Data retention:

We will store your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes specified above, up to one year after the last contact with you (notification of a request for deletion).
